More About ZoomStories

The Ultimate Unique Adventure, Every Time!

* You're going into space. What's up there?

* Or deep under the ocean. Who do you meet?

* The time machine is perfected! Where will you go?

From imagination, to visual art, and around the room - ZoomStories will have the group creating an original and unique story every class. Experienced storyteller, actor, and imagination professional Benjamin Camp leads each class through the theme of the week. We'll create with our hands, then play through a plot that develops from the students' ideas.

What does a ZoomStories class look like?

First we'll use visual art to generate the who, what, when, why and how of the story.
Second, through a mix of interactive storytelling, acting, performance and movement the story comes to life, with the whole class in it.
Finally, there is an opportunity to shine individually and perform our favorite parts of the story.

Kids will learn skills that improve confidence, acting, writing, communication, teamwork, movement, and many more. But they won't even notice, because it's super fun!

The ZoomStories session just finished,
but we'll be hosting some ZoomStories workshops in the near future. Email info@zoomdance.org to be notified when a date is set.
